• Conducting recruiting workshops and organizing meetups and trade fairs
• Establishment/expansion of a business area for freelancer placements
• Team management/coordination of up to 15 employees in several teams
• Process implementation/optimization as well as budget calculation/monitoring in the areas of ​​recruiting, employer branding and retention management

I have been working as an HR manager in the digital field for over 6 years - specializing in recruiting, employer branding and retention management. Both externally and internally, I worked for various international companies (early startups up to global corporations) in various industries (e. g. e-commerce, IT service providers, online agencies, tourism) and looked after employees from dozens of countries. I am also experienced in team leading (up to 15 employees in two teams), team building and team reorganising.

Due to data protection and confidentiality reasons, I do not want to name any customers from the times of my permanent employment. I have previously worked as a freelancer for yngage GmbH, a recruitment consultancy with clients throughout Germany, for which I have completed various projects. • Commission-based (only for active sourcing) - depending on company size, role and number: between 23 % and 27 % of the gross annual salary; discounts for regular customer are possible
• Interim Management - depending on the duration of the assignment, company size and area of ​​responsibility: between € 85 and € 125 per hour; daily rates for fulltime tasks can be negotiated
